This category is for sites which sell "mod chips" for systems made by Sega. Mod chips are products designed to installed in video game consoles for the purpose of allowing those consoles to play legally made backup copies. In order to be listed in this category the site must first be a "shopping" site as defined in the "Shopping" category guidelines and second, it must not sell backup software. Sales of copied software is illegal in most countries of the world. The criteria for a shopping site are: 1. One or more described products. 2. Prices for non-special order/custom products. 3. At least one method for ordering from home (web store, mail, email, fax or phone).
