The Norwegian Fjord Horse is a sturdy, small horse with a generally kind disposition and hardy nature. Fjords are used in many activities, including trail and pleasure riding, showing, dressage, cutting and reining, jumping, competitive and pleasure driving, farm work, logging, parades, and therapeutic riding.
