Commentary on the Book of Revelation, sometimes called The Apocalypse or The Apocalypse of Saint John. Commentaries on Revelation explain the meaning of the text of Revelation. Tradition holds that the Book of Revelation was written by the Apostle John while exiled on the island of Patmos during the reign of Domitian.
