Soil Stabilization is the blanket description used to describe man's ongoing efforts to control the soil in his World and make it work for him, not against him. Weather and climate changes cause upheaval in the soil. The effects of these changes can be observed in cracked foundations, pot-holes or wash-boards in roads, mudslides, dust clouds, ponds that leak, and any number of other things too numerous to mention.
