Cebuano is a Western Malayo-Polynesian member of the Austronesian language family, spoken by approximately 24% of the population in the Philippines. Alternate names for Cebuano include Sugbuhanon, Sugbuanon, Visayan, Bisayan, Binisaya and Sebuano.
