Glastenbury is a town located in Bennington County, Vermont. The town was unincorporated by an act of the state legistlature in 1937, and is now essentially a ghost town. As of the 2000 census, the town's population is six. Glastenbury is one of five Vermont towns where the population levels have dropped so low that the town is unincorporated. The town has no local government and the town's affairs are handled by a state-appointed supervisor. [From Wikipedia]
