Andover is located in Windsor County, Vermont. As of the 2000 census, the town had a total population of 496. Andover is a township of about 18,000 acres, lying in the southwestern part of the county and bounded on the north by Ludlow, east by Chester, south by Londonderry and Windham, in Windham county, and west by Weston.
