Web sites brokering exchanges of 2000 US Presidential election votes. Residents in closely contested states agree to vote for Democratic Party candidate Al Gore in exchange for a resident in a less contested state voting for Green Party candidate Ralph Nader. The intent is to prevent an election win by Republican Party candidate George W. Bush, while trying to help Ralph Nader achieve 5% of the popular vote, thus meeting the requirement for Federal matching funds in the 2004 election.
