Recreation: refreshment of strength and spirits after work, a means of refreshment or diversion. Sport: a source of diversion, physical activity engaged in for pleasure, a particular activity such as athletic games. Team sports: groups of players in an athletic activity such as football, baseball or hockey. All are welcome here, so long as they deal with the subject as it applies to more than one of the Atlantic provinces.
