Located directly south of the City of Guelph, Ontario and covers the southern part of the County of Wellington. Puslinch is located east of the City of Cambridge, with the 401 Highway bisecting the Township from east to west. So if you have ever driven on the 401 between Toronto and Kitchener--you have gone through Puslinch. Puslinch Township is predominantly rural and as of July 2000, the population of Puslinch was 5,034. It encompasses 21,690 hectares or 53,599 acres.
