At about 310 square kilometers, Random Island is the largest island in Newfoundland, and is connected to the eastern coast of Newfoundland by the Hefferton Causeway. Communities on Random Island include Random Heights, Elliott's Cove, Weybridge, Aspen Brook, Snook's Harbour, Lady Cove, Robinson's Bight, Hickman's Harbour, Lower Lance Cove, Petley and Britannia.
