• Dalnavert Museum and Visitors' Centre

  Dalnavert was built in 1895 for Sir Hugh John Macdonald, former Premier of Manitoba and son of Canada's first Prime Minister Sir John A. MacDonald. The Queen Anne Revival Style home has been meticulously restored to offer a glimpse of Canada’s early years, through the lens of an affluent Winnipeg family.

• Fort Garry Horse Museum and Archives

  Regimental museum that displays the history of the Fort Garry Horse, a regiment of the Canadian Forces Army. Exhibits include uniforms, weapons, military artifacts, and photographs, plus some military vehicles outdoors.

• La Maison Gabrielle-Roy

• Manitoba Crafts Museum and Library

  Dedicated to the preservation of handcrafts. Started in the 1930s the library originally held resources for teaching basic skills such as knitting and quilting. It has since expanded to include historical texts and design books.

• Manitoba Electrical Museum & Education Centre

  Learn the story of hydroelectric development in Manitoba from 1870 to today. Guides visitors through the safe use of electricity and how electrical energy works.

• Manitoba Museum

  Includes a planetarium plus nine three-dimensional walk-through and interpretive galleries exploring the interrelationship of people and their environment. The most unique gallery is the Nonsuch Gallery -- A full scale replica of the 17th century sailing vessel that sailed into Hudson Bay in 1668-1669. The first trading voyage for what was to become the Hudson's Bay Company (HBC). Also very popular is the Urban Gallery -- Go back in time to Winnipeg during the 1920s. The remaining galleries include: Artic / Sub-Arctic, Boreal Forest, Earth History, Grasslands, HBC, Orientation, and Parklands.

• Manitoba Sports Hall of Fame

• Manitoba's Children's Museum

  Twelve permanent galleries including an authentic 1952 diesel locomotive and 1910 Pullman passenger coach, explore the five storey tall Lasagna Lookout, test their perceptions in the giant Illusion Tunnel, perform water experiments in Splash Lab, and much more. A toddler exclusive space, Tot Spot serves the needs of the museum’s smallest visitors. Historic Eaton's "Santa's Village", which is open seasonally from mid-November to early January for the holidays. Fully restored and relocated from the ninth floor annex of the Eaton’s downtown store. The display includes fifteen vignettes including classics such as Cinderella, Humpty Dumpty, and Three Blind Mice.

• Oseredok: Ukrainian Cultural and Educational Centre

  Oseredok is one of North America's largest and most unique Ukrainian cultural and heritage resource centres. It includes a museum, art gallery, library, and archives, as well as a boutique.

• Ross House Museum

  First Post Office in Western Canada. One of the last remaining examples of Red River frame architecture in Winnipeg. Building is made almost entirely of oak timbers. All the logs used are hand carved.

• Royal Aviation Museum of Western Canada

  Second largest aviation museum in Canada. Located inside a Trans-Canada Air Lines hangar built in the 1930s. Collection of different types of planes including bush, transport, military, private, and commercial.

• Seven Oaks House Museum

  One of the oldest surviving residences in Manitoba. One of a handful of log buildings remaining depicting life on the Red River. Built between 1851 and 1853 by John Inkster.
