The category is for websites about the Labour MP, christened Helen Joanne Leadbeater, who adopted the surname of her husband, and was commonly known as Jo Cox.  In her early career, she worked for Oxfam International between 2001 and 2009, and in May 2015 was elected as MP for Batley and Spen constituency, West Yorkshire.
While on constituency work, she was attacked, and fatally wounded on 16th June 2016.
She left two children, aged three and five.
