Sir Anthony John Charles Meyer, 3rd Baronet (27 October 1920 – 24 December 2004) was a British soldier, diplomat, and Conservative Party politician. Member of Parliament for Eton and Slough (1964–1966), Member of Parliament for West Flintshire (1970–1983), Member of Parliament for North West Clwyd (1983–1992). He is best known for standing against Margaret Thatcher for the party leadership in 1989. For his "treachery" he was deselected as a candidate for the 1992 general election by the constituency party.
