Michael Ray Dibdin Heseltine, Baron Heseltine, CH, PC (born 21 March 1933) is a British businessman, and Conservative politician. Member of Parliament for Tavistock (1966–1974), Member of Parliament for Henley (1974–2001). He is best known for his 1990 leadership challenge which led to the removal of Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher from power.
