One of the main problems facing horse and pony riders (and carriage drivers) is the lack of somewhere safe to enjoy their activities. Today's motorists are unaware of horses and the risks involved in driving past them at speed. Bridleways and Access groups work to improve and maintain existing bridleway networks and develop new ones where possible.
