This category is for sites about the village of Ashreigney and the surrounding parish to the North Devon District
boundary with Burrington to the north, and the west bank of the River Yaw to the east.
Until there is a separate locality category for the parish of Hollocombe, these sites may be included in this
Ashreigney category to cover both parishes administered by Torridge District Council.
However the Winkleigh is more appropriate for those further south.
This does not include Wembworthy south east administered by Mid Devon District Council.
Those further west should be included in the Dolton category which is north of the boundary with
Monkokehampton. administered by West Devon Borough.
