Buckingham a country market town set on hills and mostly in Georgian red brick is situated in the north of the county, approximately 10 miles from the border with Northamptonshire. Although Buckingham was the original county town, this role is today served instead by the much industrialised and suburbanised town of Aylesbury. This category includes sites relating to the town of Buckingham and adjoining villages of Bourton plus the surrounding urban area administered by the Aylesbury Vale District Council.
