Basque country is both part of Pyrenees-Atlantiques and Spanish Navarre and Vasco country. Made up by Soule or Zuberoa, Labourd or Lapurdi, and Basse Navarre or Baxenabarra in France, and Navarre, Biscaye, Guipuzcoa and Alava in Spain.
