The International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) offers three programs of international education for students aged 3 to 19. A school may offer one, two or all three programs. Each program includes a curriculum and pedagogy, student assessment appropriate to the age range, professional development for teachers and a process of school authorization and evaluation. The programs are available through sanctioned IB World Schools in 122 countries. Acronyms used in conjunction with the International Baccalaureate Program: CAS = Creativity, Action, Service a 150-hour requirement
HL = Higher Level
