What one registry recognizes as a Colorpoint (any solid color other than chocolate, seal, blue, or lilac, and all point-restricted patterns), other registries may recognize as a Siamese. Orientals have the same body structure as the Siamese and Colorpoint Shorthair, but their color is all over the body, not just restricted to the points. The reader may also want to refer to the listings in the Siamese and Oriental categories as well.
