1) Are hosted on a virtual community (i.e. Geocities) or other free hosting communities (i.e. Anglefire).

2) Are maintained by an individual, with biographical information on such individual or links to such information.

3) Does not post a Privacy Policy easily accessible by its users.

If your site falls into any of the above categories, or a combination of them, then it is considered a Personal Page and will most likely fit best in this category.

Also remember that commercial sites, or those that sell products/services online, will NOT be accepted here and should be submitted to the proper Shopping/ category.
