Anorexa is a condition in which a person has a morbid fear of gaining weight, fat, and calories. It is an obsession with being thin that has nothing to do with actual physical weight.
Like people suffering from other eating disorders, anorexics practice extreme food restriction. This often leads to severe weight loss and serious health problems.
