Repetitive Strain Injury is a term used to describe a number of disorders which are caused by repetitive movements of parts of the body. These disorders include forearm tendonitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, cubital tunnel syndrome, deQuervain's tendonitis of the thumb and tennis elbow.
