'Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire' was released for Nintendo 64 in 1996, and PC in 1997. The player controls mercenary Dash Rendar through a set of action/adventure sequences. The game complements a series of products themed around a period set between movies The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi.
