Moorhuhn was originally developed by Phenomedia as part of a marketing campaign for Johnny Walker Whiskey. The series is particularly popular in central Europe. There are three core versions - Moorhuhn, Moorhuhn 2, and 3 - the last being released in 2001. Moorhuhn Winter Edition (or "WE") is an expansion of Moorhuhn 2.
