Jessie Withrow, ODP editor Magpye from 30 Jan 1999, was killed by a drunken driver July 4, 2000, while riding her bicycle in Anchorage, Alaska. She was 20 years old, a student in Bates College, Maine, involved in Renaissance fairs, fantasy, comics, roleplaying, poetry, and Alaska regional categories.
