Pad Printing, also called transfer pad printing, is an indirect offset gravure process characterized by a silicone rubber transfer pad that transfers the image from a printing plate on which the image is etched below the surface of the plate. It is commonly used to print 3D objects with irregular surfaces, such as golf balls.
