Michael, a native of California, received his Bachelors of Music from Stetson University and his Masters of Music from the New England Conservatory, both degrees in classical singing. On the stage, Michael has performed in numerous productions but is perhaps best known for his role as Raoul in The Phantom of the Opera. Lewis has performed the role with five different companies: on Broadway, with the U.S. national tour, in Belgium and with two productions in Germany.
