For sites devoted to former NKOTB member and actor Donnie Wahlberg. Wahlberg was born August 17 1969, and achieved fame as a member of New Kids On The Block. He went into the acting profession after the band broke up in 1995, winning roles in the Tupac Shakur film "Bullet" and Mel Gibson's "Ransom". He has appeared on "The Practice", "The Taking of Pelham 1-2-3" and "Big Apple", as well as the feature film "Southie". He currently resides in Los Angeles with his wife Kim and son Xavier.
