Mark Nevin - UK singer, born Ebbw Vale, South Wales, August 13th 1959. Formed Fairground Attraction with Eddi Reader. Mark Nevin wrote the worldwide hit 'Perfect' (sung by Eddi Reader') and the album 'First Of A Milllion Kisses', for which he won Brit Awards for both. After this one album, they split, and he went on to be a solo artist. He then took a back seat and wrote countless songs which were recorded by the likes of David Bowie, Morrissey, Kirsty MacColl, Ringo Starr, Mica Paris and Lloyd Cole. Solo albums include 'Insensitive Songwriter' and the 'The Mighty Dove'.
