I Capture the Castle - UK (2003), directed by Tim Fywell from the novel by Dodie Smith. A classic English story told by the story's heroine, Cassandra Mortmain (Romola Garai). She wittily chronicles what happens to her eccentric family when a young American man inherits the local estate. With Rose Byrne, Bill Nighy and Tara Fitzgerald as Cassandra's family. The film is based on the 1948 novel, "I Capture the Castle", by British author Dorothy "Dodie" Smith (1896-1990), who also wrote the 1956 novel "The Hundred and One Dalmatians.
