Cecelia Ahern, the daughter of Irish Taoiseach Bertie Ahern, was born on September 30, 1981 in Dublin, Ireland. She is an author and has experienced success with her first three published novels and various short stories. She has a degree in journalism and media communications. Her first novel PS, I Love You was a number one bestseller in Ireland, the United Kingdom, USA, Germany and Holland. She has also contributed to a charity book of short stories, Irish Girls are Back in Town. Her second book, Where Rainbows End (U.S. Rosie Dunne) won the German CORINE Award.
