Bishop's Nympton is south of North Molton, Twitchen and Molland, with Knowstone on its eastern boundary, and Rose Ash, Mariansleigh to the south. In the south west are George Nympton and Queen's Nympton, separating Bishop's Nympton from King's Nympton.
