Joe Zawinul was a famous jazz keyboardist. He started his career with some important musicians such as Dinah Washington, Ben Webster and Julian Cannonball Adderley. From 1968 to 1970 he played with the group of Miles Davis and co-invented the new "jazz-rock" music. In 1970 he founded Weather Report with Wayne Shorter. From 1987 to 2007 he was playing with the Zawinul Syndicate band. Joe Zawinul died 11th of September 2007.
