Fun Lovin' Criminals joined forces in 1993 when Huey first met Fast at NYC's Limelight. Fast was already in a band at this point - he and FLC's first drummer Steve-O had formed a techno group, Moses On Acid. Meanwhile, Huey was spending a lot of time playing blues guitar and soon started writing tunes with Fast. Huey and Fast recruited Steve-O to drum, and the Fun Lovin' Criminals were formed. The three became roommates and ended up jamming together in their apartment and writing songs until they had enough material to convince the Limelight's manager to let them play a gig at the club. Their sixth gig was seen by an EMI representative who signed themon the spot! Since then we've seen a lot of action from the boys: five albums, three unauthorised 'greatest hits' collections and two drummer changes. Steve-O left in 1999 and Mackie jumped on board until 2003 when Frank TRM took over.
